Admission Policy

To complete your registration, feel free to download the respective application forms on this page and complete them accordingly.

You can either mail the completed form, together with the cheque payment, to us or visit our centre during our opening hours to register and make payment.

Additional Fees

Registration Fee:$10.00(one-time fee)
Material Fee:$45.00(half-yearly)
Deposit:$50.00(per student)

Payment Mode

1. Fees are collected on a monthly basis.
2. Payment by cash or cheque is accepted. Cheque payment should be made payable to “Kovan Learning Centre Pte Ltd”.
3. Fees are collected on the FIRST WEEK of each month, failing which a LATE FEE of $10.00 will be charged.

Refund Policy

1. Payments are neither refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances.
2. Deposit is used to offset for the last month of the tuition payment.
3. Parent/student must give us one month in advance notice in writing if he/she wishes to withdraw from our tuition programme.

School/Public Holidays

The centre will be closed on all Gazette Public Holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Eve of Chinese New Year, Eve of Hari Raya Puasa, Eve of Hari Raya Haji, Teachers’ Day, Eve of Deepavali and Eve of Christmas. There shall be no make-up class or refund for all courses paid on a monthly basis.
